Other Decoration: There is a personal or notarial sign in the margin of f. 3v. It is a small cross on top of a large cross with the initials I.A. circled at the foot.
Notes: The pages are block ruled. It is sealed on the support of f. 3v and the seal is covered with a layer of paper. ff.4-4v are blank except for the call number and the phrase "Bartoli, Procure e altro." The notarial comment at the end of the document gives the date as 1540, July 12, but the first two lines of the document give the date as 1540, July 9. Latin
