Frederick Perkins of Chipstead, Kent to Bennett; Simon J. Schwartz of New Orleans to G. D. Smith; Smith sale to G. Wells; Waters S. Davis by whose children it was given to the Grolier. - De Ricci, p. 1668 (when it was in the collection of Waters S. Davis, 1150 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY; d. 12 February 1940, according to an obituary notice in the journal, Speculum).
