Part of manuscript formerly owned by H. R. Creswick, Bodley's Librarian and Cambridge University Librarian; this leaf removed and given as a gift by Creswick to Irvine Masson. Sold at auction at Sotheby's with other items from Masson's collection, 16 Dec. 1957, lot 32, to Francis Edwards, Ltd. Sold at auction at Sotheby's, 17 June 1997, lot 1, to Lawrence J. Schoenberg.
