Description: ff. 211 - Original binding, leather over wooden boards. One of the two original side clasps remains. Front and back have four corner bosses and five additional bosses over the face of the boards. - Donated to UVM Special Collections from the David Richardson Library in 2008.

Music: Six paired lines of music and text per page. Each musical line is written on a red-ruled, five-line staff.
Other Decoration: Several large foliated initials in red and blue with black and brown ink (f. 1v); Alternating large, red, plain intials with black, intricate initials, both of various sizes (f. 15v and f. 16r).
Notes: The lower half of f. 186 has been removed, possibly at the time of writing. F. 187r is blank. The edges of both folios show signs of being sewn together. The verso of f. 186 and the recto of f. 187 show signs of adhesives. The outer edge of the lower corner of f. 90 is stitched together to repair a flaw in the original parchment. F. 42r has two sections of music marked with ink and covered with paper. Several leaves are stuck together, especially towards the beginning of the manuscript. Latin
