Figurative Decoration: Three large, colorfully illustrated scenes depicting royal or lay persons honoring church or papal authority, found on ff. 1r, 23r, and 56r.
Other Decoration: Plain initials alternating between red and blue throughout. Some headings in red.
Notes: Front pastedown contains hymn Audit Tyrannus. This pastedown covers an earlier pastedown with some of the same hymn legible below. A quire of paper added to the tail, containing the text of the Matins hymn "Aeterne rex altissime" (Highest King eternal). Inscription at the top of the front pastedown is possible a mark of association with a Franciscan institution. Illustrations on ff. 1r, 23r, and 56r cover original text. Some of the rubrication and text appears to have been re-copied. Latin
